Rental Costs

Take advantage of our special offer of the moment of a five bedroomed villa for the equivalent of a four bedroomed property.  

These prices are per group rental and not per person.   This includes taxes which are very often omitted from the brochure prices.

A deposit of  £75 per week is payable at the time of booking with the balance due 10 weeks prior to the rental.

A security deposit is required on the collection of the keys.   This is to cover the cost of any loss or damage during your holiday.   It is usually done by leaving credit card details which are destroyed following a satisfactory inspection by the management company.   Minor accidental breakages are not charged for.

The charge is for the pool heating which may be required from October to April (inclusive) - Pool heating  -  £85 & Gas Spa – £70

Free local and international calls.

Free use of Crib, High Chair and Stroller.

Our management company can provide BBQ Grills, ($50 pw), Rollaway Beds, ($50 pw) and you can order food packs for your arrival - just ask for details.

CHECK IN/OUT TIMES.

Access to the villa will not normally be until 1600 hrs on the arrival date.   Guests are asked to leave the villa by 1100 hrs on the day of departure.
